Fireworks Guide

Special fireworks are celebration items supplied through server events, rewards, or staff. Some look like rockets; others look like a brewing stand fountain or another event item. You do not need a command or special permission to use an eligible item.

Hold the item in either hand and right-click the top of a solid block in a place where fireworks are allowed. Choose a clear surface away from containers and other interactive blocks. An accepted use consumes one item and starts a short display, usually lasting 15–30 seconds.

A fountain’s brewing stand is a temporary decoration. It cannot brew items or be collected as an extra block. Fireworks created by this feature are cosmetic and do not damage players, pets, or other entities.

The server limits how many shows can run together and asks each player to wait between uses. Crowded areas, protected places, disabled worlds, or a recently used firework may prevent another show. A declined use keeps the item in your hand.

Staff can disable or retire particular fireworks. Those items remain yours, but they will not activate. Changing their name does not change that decision. Ask staff if you are unsure about an older event item.

Use special fireworks directly on an approved surface. They are not intended for crossbows, elytra boosting, dispensers, crafting, brewing, or processing stations.

If a crossbow will not load while you carry special rocket items, put those rockets in storage first. This prevents the crossbow from consuming the celebration item as ammunition.

Once a show starts, its item has been used. Leaving the server, changing world, dying, or a server restart can end the display early without returning the item. Wait until you can stay nearby and enjoy it.

Older fireworks may still be managed by the server’s previous plugin during testing. Staff will announce which old items are supported by the replacement. You do not need to exchange or discard them unless staff specifically asks you to.
